We
had a full day today. We started by traveling 2 hours to the Joska Boarding
Schools. We attended church services at the boys school and then took a tour of
the school. A highlight of the tour was the water filtration plant, which is an
awesome resource for the ministry.
After our tour, we traveled to the girls school for a delicious lunch of rice, stew, cabbage, and chapates. The Paynes had the chance to meet their sons sponsored child. We also toured the girls school. Both schools had very productive gardens.
Another highlight of the day was planting a tree at the boys school and seeing trees planted at the girls school from previous Mountain trips.
We were delighted to see explosive growth at both boarding schools. We are excited for tomorrow, working in the library and wood shop.
