Been a great week! Hope you've enjoyed following our journey. Yesterday we visited the capital city of Bissau and bought souvenirs for family, friends and supporters, ate lunch at a local restaurant, got some ice cream (was delicious in this HEAT). Returned to the Mission House to begin the process of repacking and get organized for our next steps. We ended the day with what is always a highlight of our trips/teams with the Appreciation Circle. A great way to speak words of life, renewal and edification to each other...

Today (Saturday) we fly 4 hours North to Lisbon, Portugal where we will preach and teach in 2 churches that a Missionary friend of mine has planted. Excited to see him again and encourage his faith. We will leave there Monday morning on our return flight

When our Teams are out on GO Trips there is often a picture or two that capture the essence of our time on Mission. Here is one for me...
We have come to be hand-in-hand with the 300 precious kids adding our voices and faith to the Teachers and Administrators of the Betel Christian School, a bright light in the middle of darkness. We encountered fun, friendship, and fellowship. I believe we helped many know they have a place at the Banqueting Table and feast in God's Kingdom...
Luke 13:29
People will come from east and west and north and south, and will take their places at the feast in the kingdom of God.
Who are you tell that they have a place at the Table waiting for them too?
