Toured the University Campus yesterday before the BIG night at Casa Verde and En Vivo. It's the inviting event that draws 150ish students for dinner and worship...lots of FUN!Now, hear from the team regarding how it's going and what they're thinking...
My time in Mexico so far has been filled with sore cheeks from smiling so much & core work-outs from laughing so hard. The little kid inside of me is being revived with every little flashback of my childhood; scraped knees from diving for candy under a piñata or having my days structured around the next meal, enjoying fellowship over good food. I’m finding that Mexico has a certain magic similar to my own culture & a people so joyous & homey & welcoming. Feeling left out is impossible & the shy side of me has found no place here. Mexico & its people are doing far more for my soul than I could ever do for them.
From Kennedy...Mexico has been such a refreshing experience for me, full of new adventures and unforgettable moments. Every day has brought something different, from the rich culture and vibrant energy to the warmth of the people I’ve met. It’s been a mix of excitement and awe, opening my eyes to a new way of seeing the world and reminding me how important it is to step out of my comfort zone. I feel so grateful for this journey so far, and I can’t wait to make more memories that will last a lifetime.
From Shane...The Mexico trip so far has exceeded anything I could have imagined. To see the Lord Jesus in another country continuing to draw all people to himself. People were seeking him from all ages with us. He showed how much he loves all of us.

I've had such a great time so far on this go trip. It’s been amazing to see God working through these people. Meeting new people everyday and becoming fast friend has been so welcoming. The conversations we have been wonderful, getting to know everyone is such a blessing! Their love for Jesus and people is so evident here!!

So far Puebla has been amazing!! The people have been so friendly, kind, and welcoming!! I have made so many friends just in the first 3 days and can see their love for Jesus and true joy that they have here serving at el poso! And of course the food is amazing! I’m already ready to come back and serve!
